Lead Pastor - Lance Augsburger
Lance and his wife, Carrie, began serving at MBC in 2017. He enjoys watching God work in people’s lives through His Word in teaching, counseling, and especially through preaching. He would love to chat with you, over a cup of coffee, about how you can have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Asssociate pastor - Craig Johnson
Craig and his wife Marcia have been faithful members of MBC since 2023, after retiring from many years of full-time pastoral ministry in Illinois, Washington, and Iowa. In 2026, the church called Craig to serve as an Associate Pastor to help with member care and the senior saints. Marcia & Craig both love serving the Lord and spending time with their five children and spouses and nine grandchildren.
associate pastor - Mark stupka
Mark joined the pastoral staff at MBC in 2010. Well-equipped with degrees in education and vast experience in his current position at Faith Baptist Bible College as the chair of the Christian Education Department, he oversees the Young Adult and Outreach ministries here at MBC. He and his wife Janice have four children and eleven grandchildren.
Associate Pastor - Seth Thompson
Seth joined the MBC staff in 2023 as a pastoral intern and then as a ministry assistant. In the Summer of 2026, the church called Seth to serve as an Associate Pastor. Seth is a graduate Faith Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Hannah enjoy serving as youth leaders, going on adventures in the outdoors, and traveling to see the National Parks.
Media and Communication Manager – Carrie Augsburger
Carrie – married to Lance – joined the MBC staff in 2018. She helps to manage the office by overseeing the church website, emails, facebook page, publications, and graphics. While she’s talented in these areas, she loves people and will always welcome a face-to face conversation.
Office Assistant – Hadassah Tolosa
Hadassah joined the office staff in the summer of 2026. She and her husband Silas were married in 2026 and love to serve the Lord together. They are both good at connecting with people and pointing them to Jesus.
